Coronavirus (COVID-19) Precautions

Wash your hands, stay home when unwell, cough/sneeze into a tissue, don't touch your face, sterilize surfaces.

TransLink is following the lead of health officials when it comes to our response to COVID-19. Learn more about what we're doing to keep our system as clean as possible.

Customer Service Closures

Customer service call centre

To support physical distancing we've closed some of our facilities to the public, including the Lost Property office and Compass Customer Service Centre. These services are still available via phone or online form.

Spring Service Changes

Spring service changes are in-effect on April 6, 2020. We're making some big changes in the North Shore, including the launch of the R2 Marine Dr RapidBus.

Easter Holiday Service

Some services will be running a Sunday/holiday schedule on Good Friday and Easter Monday. Read our Holiday Service page for more information.
